The Mall

The Mall at Tessa's Cove has been running since February, 2006. Established in the Serpent's Spine Passage in mid-2005, the Mall moved next to the Library when the original house fell idoc at the end of January, 2006. It had been Idoc many times before, but this time the house actually fell. Having tried to purchase the house before to no avail, I gladly bought the laid plot from the new owners.

The Mall includes the vendor mall, a pub and a lockpick cottage.
At the mall, the vendors prefer to watch the activity outdoors. They stand in front waiting to serve you. Inside is the common area to sit and visit. The second floor provides dyetubs of all kinds for public use (age restrictions apply, of course).

On the right, the pub sits right out front. A small table inside gives some privacy and a barkeep can provide refreshment. Hidden doors on the back wall provide a quick get-away if necessary.
For those that like a group, the rooftop bench area can seat up to eight people.

The lockpick cottage at the back provides a location to train lockpicking. Boxes are locked when I have time to do it. When they are unlocked, keys can be purchased from the vendor inside. Sets consist of 5 keys, either of varying skill level or gm level only.
The roof provides another seating area among the flowers and a hidden walkway to the mall.

The vendors themselves will sell a wide array of items.
At any time they may sell bulk reagents, potion kegs (filled), spellbooks, runebooks both filled and blank, recall scrolls, leather and metal armor sets, clothes, semi-rares and handouts, jewellry, weapons, home deco, plants and more.

Weapons and armor sold from my vendors are always in perfect condition and have never been used. Craftable armor and weapons are made by me and placed on the vendor. Magical armor and weapons come from pvm and fishing for sos treasure. The equipment is identified and placed on my vendor. None of the equipment is ever used in combat or second hand.

Runebooks are always nine or ten charges and fully charged. City runebooks include all markable blue server cities plus the unguarded Bucc's Den and Ocllo. Dungeon runebooks include all dungeons and caves or all dungeons and graveyards. Empty runebooks hold a return rune to Tessa's Cove to be kept for personal use, given to a friend or used as an stored rune (Stored runes are marked with any location simply to add to a runebook. This provides the player with an extra rune should they come to a location they want to mark).
